Product Warranty


All BIA products are covered by a direct replacement warranty. The warranty period for each product is stated on the invoice, and on the product manual.

If you wish to claim a product that is still under warranty, please fill in the form below and we will contact you shortly.

All claims must be accompanied by:
1) the purchase invoice / proof of purchase.
2) a copy of the installation certificate by a licensed electrician.

Products not installed correctly according to Australian standards and products that have been modified and tempered with, will not be covered by warranty. See full warranty terms here.
